Ehyeh (eh-YEH) asher (a-sher) Ehyeh (eh-YEH):  I AM THAT I AM (as rendered in the KJV).  The meaning comes from the Qal imperfect first person from the verb hayah:  “I will be”.

Exodus 3:14 “And God ELOHIM said unto Moses Mosheh, ‘(Ehyeh -asher -Ehyeh) I AM THAT WHO I AM:’  and he says, ‘Say this to the children sons of Israel Yisra El.  “I AM sent me to you.”’”
