“For you have been a strength stronghold to the poor, a strength to the needy in his distress tribulation, a refuge from the storm  flood, a shadow from the heat parchedness, when the blast wind of the terrible ones tyrants is as a storm flood  against the wall.  Thou shalt bring down subdue the noiseuproar of strangers, as the heat parchedness in a dry place parch; even the heat with the shadow of a thick cloud: the branch of the terrible ones tyrants shall be brought low and answer.”  Isaiah 25:4-5
