El (ayl) Rachum (rakh-OOM):  You Are My God of Compassion; My Compassionate God.  From rachum (Qal).  “Rechem” means “womb”.

“(For the Lord YAHU’AH thy God ELOHIM is a merciful God EL;) he will shall  not forsake thee  nor let thee loose, neither destroy  ruin  thee, nor forget the covenant of thy fathers which he swore oathed to them.”  Deuteronomy 4:31
