Elah (e-laH) Sh’mayim (shaw-MAH-yim) (often rendered “Sh’maya” which is the singular form):  God of the Heaven(s).

“Whatsoever is commanded All that is of the decree by the God ELAH of heaven the heavens, let it be diligently and done for the house of the GodELAH of heaven the heavens:  for why should there be wrath rage against the realm sovereigndom of the king sovereign and his sons?”  Ezra 7:23
