Elohim (Eh-low-heem) Bashamayin (baw-shaw-MAH-yin):  God in heaven(s).

“And said, O Lord God YAHU’AH ELOHIM of our fathers, art not thou God ELOHIM in heaven the heavens?  And rulest not thou Yea, thou reignest over all the kingdoms sovereigndoms of the heathen?  goyim!  And in thine hand is there not power is force and might, so that none is able to withstand thee!” 2 Chronicles 20:6
